Second time been with Iglu. Second time in Chalet Marilyn, Tignes. Not the most up to date. It's small and slightly run down. It's also quirky, typically alpine, homely and kept very clean. Our hostess and rep could not have been more accommodating. Food was superb, wine flowed plentifully and the company was exceptional. Could have been held up by Storm Ciara on the way home but we were kept well informed by agents.

We stayed in Tignes Le Lac in April & it was fantastic! The ski area is excellent, with plenty on offer & very easy access across to Val d'Isere. Great for boarders as not many flat areas & a huge selection of blue/red runs, so great for intermediates! It's easy to get back to Tignes from Follie Douce & there are some great places to eat/drink in town!

I find myself going back to Tignes year after year and I'm still not bored of it! It's so snow sure, and there's such a range of pistes on offer that it's great for all groups. The new aprés bar Coco Rico in Tignes Val Claret is definitely worth going to for live music every day (and happy hour until 4pm!)

Just returned from another fabulous skiing holiday in Tignes. The slopes have something for everyone - challenging off piste, snow parks to gentle greens and blues for carving and enjoying the scenery! Hotel Paquis was fabulous with excellent breakfast and evening meals - the staff were warm and welcoming. The boot room was secure, spacious and warm. Hopefully will return next year!
