All are individually styled, lavishly furnished and offer very high levels of comfort. Half-board basis, with meals taken in one of the hotel’s restaurants with views of the slopes. Breakfast is a very extensive buffet of fresh, hot and cold items including show cooking, while dinner is à la carte, giving excellent choice. Unsurprisingly, the cuisine is highly rated at the Hermitage. If your holiday is over Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, special gala dinners are included in the price of your holiday. Drinks are complimentary during dinner on Christmas Eve and champagne is thrown in as well on 31st December, to help you celebrate the year end in style!
