Chalet Alpensonne is well located in the centre of this picturesque resort, just 500 metres from the nearest lifts and piste. The ski-bus stop is 200 metres from the chalet offering direct access to the ski region from Serfaus.
Fiss is a chocolate box traditional Tirolean village in the west of Tyrol. Fiss is one of Austria’s most famous and most sought-after ski resorts, and deservedly so, especially for families. The attractive Tyrolean village centre retains its traditional relaxed charm and a cosy, intimate feel, yet is big enough to offer an ample range of facilities, and a friendly après-ski atmosphere. The village of Fiss is part of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis ski area; elevated overlooking the Oberinn Valley and the Kaunertaler glacier. It’s easy to see why Fiss remains one of the best loved Austrian skiing destinations. It retains it's charm and authentiicty but at the same time is modern with a lively atmosphere. The village centre is a mix of old and new architecture and remains largely unspoilt with a charming ambience and a selection of traditional après-ski bars and beer kellers. In the neigbouring village of Serfaus you’ll find a charming village which is largely largely traffic-free.
The chalet has six bedrooms, traditional Austrian style, most of which are en-suite with shower, WC and hair dryer and 5 of the 6 rooms have a balcony. The chalet is simply furnished but retains warmth of character. There is a combined living and dining room with a balcony affording great views over the village and surrounding mountains. For those who choose to drive there is parking for 4/5 cars.

Cleaning, housekeeping and cooking are the things you can leave at home. We want you to spend maximum time on the mountain and having fun.
On arrival you will find a genuine warm welcome from your English speaking Dutch chalet staff. You will be helped with your luggage and during your chalet staff’s welcome speech, drinks and handmade canapés/nibbles will be served to you in the lounge.
The day starts with a hearty continental breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes. The smell of coffee in the morning will lure you to the breakfast table. Enjoy a breakfast of freshly baked baguettes straight from the local bakery. In addition jams, butter, fresh eggs, spreads, cornflakes, cereals, muesli, yoghurts, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juices, hot chocolate, fresh coffee and pots of tea.
Afternoon tea consists of sweet and savoury options afternoon tea with freshly home-made après-ski snacks, canapés and nibbles. In addition, freshly prepared mulled wine or perhaps a tasty hot chocolate to warm you upo after a day on the slopes.
An exception to all our other chalets is that we have choosen for this chalet that dinner is not inclusive and that your are completely free and flexible how and where you want to have dinner.
