Wohlfühlhotel Schiestl
The family-run and in 2018 partly renovated 4-star Hotel Schiestl is located in a picturesque spot in Fügenberg, approx. 1 km from the resort centre of Fügen. The valley station of the Spieljochbahn lift is reachable in just 500 m, and a ski bus stop is located in front of the hotel. The thermal bath "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" lies approx. 1.5 km away. A winter hiking trail runs right by the accommodation. The comfortable hotel's facilities include an entrance hall with reception and common room, three lifts, Wi-Fi, restaurant, cosy pine wood parlour, as well as a lively hotel bar, children's play corner and playroom, table tennis, a terrace and a ski room with ski boot dryer. Free-of-charge parking spaces and a parking garage (for a fee) are also available. Furthermore, the hotel has its own spa area (approx. 600 m²) - the "Badeschlössel" - which was partly renovated in 2018 and consists of a family indoor pool with baby pool, floor bubbles, bubble bay, counter-current system and massage jets (07:00 - 21:00), as well as Finnish sauna, steam bath, sanarium, saline steam bath, infrared cabin, cool down grotto and showers, relaxation room and outdoor area (13:00 - 22:00). In the vitality centre you can make use of beauty treatments and massages (payable locally). A solarium is also available for a fee. Additionally, there is a weekly activity "be a part - programme" (Sei-Dabei-Programm) with e.g. skiing days, snowshoe hikes, bingo evening, meditation, live music etc. (as per info in resort). Moreover, you will receive the guest card "Erste Ferienregion im Zillertal" for free, which grants you reductions at various recreational facilities of the region (as per info in resort). Rooms The country house style and partly modern rooms come with a bathtub or shower/WC, flat-screen cable or satellite TV with integrated radio, Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer and some with a cosmetic mirror, mini bar (payable locally), balcony or terrace. Some rooms also have a balcony or terrace. Board The included half board PLUS consists of a welcome drink, breakfast with high-quality products from the hotel's own farming and show-cooking for egg dishes (07:00 - 11:00), a daily afternoon snack with homemade cake, hearty snacks, juice, tea and water (13:00 - 17:00), as well as a 5-course evening meal of your choice including salad buffet and appetiser buffet. For the little ones, a children's menu can be prepared. Themed buffets are served on a regular basis and the dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve are also included.
