The majority of Hinterstoder’s runs are easy reds like the valley descent back down to resort that is relatively easy but has some challenging sections that intermediates may struggle with. One run that experienced skiers must try is the Hannes Trinkl World Cup piste which descends into the valley and where the FIS Ski World Cup Super G and giant slalom was hosted in February 2016.The run is also named after the local downhill ski world cup champion Hannes Trinkl of St Pankraz.
Hinterstoder also has 4km of cross country trails as well as a snowpark at the Schullift slope and next to the speed-tracking slope.
