On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Schwendau, 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a central, quiet position, 1.3 km from the skiing area. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Skibus" 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. The outdoor pool costs are taken over by the landlord.
