Pension St Georg, Kaprun, Austria

We stayed at the pension St Georg first week in February 09 and really enjoyed our stay there. Very clean and tidy. Our host Simone was very friendly and helpful. The ski bus stop was a minute's walk away. The cellar has a ski room, table tennis, sauna and there is also a nice little bar area where you can take your own drink in to enjoy, or help yourself to the communal fridge stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine. You write down what you have against your room number and settle up at the end which I thought was a nice, friendly touch in this day and age. This is a great base for couples and families alike.
