The first boutique hotel in the Zillertal Alps, it combines chic décor with a family-run ambiance. The rooms come in two categories – contemporary Boutique rooms or more homely Classic rooms – but most importantly, they all come with a balcony.
When you’re not sleeping, you could be in the bar and lounge, warming up by the crackling fire and making selections from the glass-fronted wine cellar. Or spend some time in the luxurious Green Spa, drifting between the saunas, steam room and relaxation area – there's even a heated outdoor pool, new for Winter 18/19.
Mealtimes in the airy dining room will be the highlight of your day at Huber’s. The breakfast spread offers a good selection of hot and cold treats, including homemade jam and even a juicing machine. And come dinnertime, you’ll be presented with four courses of deliciously creative cuisine, made with love using local produce.
The hotel is in an enviable location in Mayrhofen, in a quiet little bubble by the river, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the main shopping, dining and nightlife. The Penken gondola is just 3 minutes’ walk too, and the Ahorn gondola is 5 minutes’ beyond that – easy enough to manage in ski boots.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
