Falkensteiner Hotel Sonnenalpe
The family-run 4-star Falkensteiner Hotel Sonnenalpe is located only 100 m away from the mountain railway Sonnenalpe Nassfeld/Hermagor at an altitude of 1,500 m in the town centre of Nassfeld-Hermagor. With good snow conditions it is possible to ski-in to the accommodation. The cosy hotel's facilities include a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi, Internet corner, lift, restaurant, hotel bar, as well as free-of-charge parking spaces and a parking garage (fee-based). The 1,700 m² spa area features a heated indoor and outdoor pool, both of which are connected by a channel, with jet-massage loungers in the outdoor area, steam bath, panoramic and organic sauna, relaxation room, children's pool and a water slide. Massages and treatments in the beauty centre can be booked for a fee. Use of the fitness room with cardio equipment is also included. For the little ones there is an approx. 300 m² children and youth play area. Moreover, childcare service in the Falkyland is offered for children aged 3 to 11 (at least 8 hours per day, see info in resort). Rooms The nicely furnished rooms come with a bathtub or shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, radio, some with Internet access, safe, hair dryer, mini bar (fee-based), and some with balcony (depends on choice of room type). Board The included half-board PLUS is comprised of a welcome drink, rich breakfast buffet, snack buffet with salad, soup and past at noon and a themed buffet or 4-course menu of choice in the evening. Additionally, you will receive a large bottle of mineral water in your room. For the little ones a special children's menu is served. The Christmas dinner (24/12) is also included.
