The friendly 3-star Hotel Elan is located in a sunny spot about 1 km from the resort centre of Oberau, arguably in one of Tyrol's most beautiful valleys - Wildschönau. The closest ski bus stop is reachable approx. 100 m. away. From here, you can comfortably get to the Schatzberg lift located around 3.5 km away. The Markjoch lift can be reached within approx. 5 km. The friendly house's facilities include a reception with welcome area, Internet corner as well as Wi-Fi, lift, safe, restaurant, dining room, bar and parlour as well as a children's play room, an open-year-round terrace and a ski room with ski boot dryers. Parking spaces are offered for free (depending on availability). You also have the possibility to participate in the activity programme for non-skiers (as per notice board in resort, sometimes for a fee) and 1 x weekly, an information evening is organised with ski school and equipment hire (depending on the day of arrival). Additionally, on New Year's Eve, live music is organised. The spa area with sauna (16:00 - 22:00), indoor pool (08:00 - 22:00) and infrared cabin can be used for free (with prior reservation). For a fee, you can also use the solarium. Also included in the holiday price is the "Wildschönau Card", which grants you access to many attractive reductions in the Wildschönau- and surrounding areas such as free use of the Nightliner buses (from Thu. - Sat. ) between Niederau and Auffach, winter- and snowshoe hiking (3 x per week), the mining museum "z'Bach", and many others (changes to services, prices, and operation times may apply, see info at hotel. Rooms The cosy rooms are complete with bath or shower, separate wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, hair drier, safe, seating corner, and balcony or terrace. Board The included half board includes a breakfast buffet with fruit, as well as warm and cold meals, and a 4-course meal of your choice (choice of main dish) in the evening with salad bar. A vegetarian alternative as well as a speciality diet alternative are also available per request. A children's menu for the youngest holiday participants is also available, and once per week, a pork shank night is organised. On Christmas Eve (24/12), a special gala dinner is served.
