The Areit gondola to Schmittenhöhe is located approx. 1 km away and the ski bus stops right at the building. The resort centre of Zell am See is located approx. 3 km away, but the closest shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. A restaurant can be found only approx. 300 m away. The accommodation's general facilities include a reception, elevator, Wi-Fi, lounge, and a ski cellar. Use of the small spa area with infrared cabin, Swiss pine sauna and relaxation room is included. Free-of-charge parking spaces and garage parking spaces are also available, depending on availability. In resort, you will also receive a 5% discount at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See.
