Hotel Salzburgerhof, Zell am See, Austria

We stayed at the Salzburgerhof Hotel in Zell Am See. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this hotel. It is incredible. The service they offer is the best I've seen and I've stayed in many 5 star hotels with spa. The location is brilliant. The hotel facilities are amazing, but what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the service and attention you get from the staff. The Spa facilities are out of this world. They really are great and just what you need after a day skiing. I would happily return next year. Thank you for recommending this hotel, we were torn between this one and it's sister hotel but I think we chose the right one.

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location. Amazing facilities for Spa and well being. The food in this hotel is beyond brilliant. I felt like I was attending the finals of Master Chef each night. The staff really look after you and ensure you have everything you need. A lift was provided from the hotel to the ski lift every half hour each day. If you want to explore the beautiful shops in Kaprun the owner of the boutique comes to pick you up! Now that's what I call service. This hotel is beautiful with excellent furnishings and excellent service. There's a very calm vibe about the place it didn't feel busy at all. I particularly loved the crystal stones with a short write up left in our room each night. The spa and the swimming pools are divine and offer beautiful relaxing rooms to unwind after skiing. I loved the single heated water beds. Swimming outside in a heated pool whilst it was snowing... priceless. We would happily return next year.
