And it’s tucked among pine trees overlooking the resort centre, so there’s also plenty of natural beauty on show when you look out your bedroom window each morning. As for hitting the slopes, simply pop your boots on (toasty warm from the heated racks) and walk over the road to get to the Poljice gondola in around 6 minutes.
Once you’re done for the day, it’s time to unwind. With snug armchairs, a toasty fire and a menu of drinks from hot chocs to aperitifs, the hotel bar has laid-back après all sewn up. Or for some pampering, you can pay a little extra to use the wellness area over in the sister hotel, the Rajska Dolina, which is 2 minutes’ walk away. Sauna and a massage anyone?
