Caribou Lodge, Banff, Canada

We arrived at The Caribou Lodge after a very pleasant flight with Air Canada, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff, she told us everything we needed top know and gave us all that we needed for our stay, combination codes for the Spa, and locker combination lock etc. Our Room was fantastic, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel restaurant we only used for breakfast but it was good food, great menu and again brilliant staff, I have a dairy intollerance and they ensured they checked ingredients with chef and myself to make sure it would be ok for me. We had a tri-piste pass, Norquay, Lake Louise and Sunshine, all three amazing resorts, just a bus ride away. No queuing for lifts all 8 days of boarding and staff at lifts, shops and restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Infact i'd dare say nothing was too much hassle. Food on the piste and in Banff was brilliant, it can cater for all budgets, without skipping on the quality. Banff and Caribou Lodge we will be back...

I have stayed at this hotel for the past few years. It is wonderful, the staff are so friendly, the rooms are nice and very cosy. The food in the keg is good and the buffet breakfast is very good
