The resort consists of 441 rooms including Superior, Deluxe, and Suites;
- Superior Rooms - Comfortable, practical rooms in gentle colours, with lots of storage. Alpine designs and the use of wood create a mountain feel. The bathroom has a bath, ideal for relaxing after a day in the fresh air. These rooms are available with and without balconies, so you can gaze out at the summits.
- Deluxe Rooms - Retreat to your own cosy little world, and enjoy the spaciousness of our elegant Deluxe Rooms. In the living area are two comfortable armchairs, while the sleeping area has a king-size bed. The mountain feel is underscored with wood, plaid and cushions. Outside, there's a balcony where you can admire the view, make the most of the sunshine and take deep breaths of pure mountain air.
- Suites - The bright and spacious family Suites are lovely spaces to spend time. The living room leads to two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The designer furniture and contemporary styling make your cosy Suite a sophisticated and elegant retreat. The picture windows open out onto a large balcony, with a panoramic view of the valley and the Ecrins.

Club Med L'Alpe d'Huez (La Sarenne) Reviews
I cannot speak more highly of the Club Med. They had plenty of really pleasant staff more than happy to help with anything you needed. We stayed in the annexe which had the larger rooms and they were perfect with stunning views. The food was excellent and plentiful and the entertainment was great. I attended the ski school that was included as part of the package and the instructors were extremely good, very understanding and helpful. The resort had some nice bars but most of our time was spent in the Club Med. The whole family went including my grandson and, although he was too young for Mini Club, the hotel fully catered for him and the staff were amazing with him. I would definitely go back again.
