Chalet-apartment Montillet is a perfect base for your ski holiday to explore the huge Paradiski Ski Area! The property offers 3 twin bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms and balcony access. It is traditional in style and has a spacious open-plan living and dining area with balcony that offers fantastic views across the ski area. The apartment is in the centre of Plagne 1800, just 300m to the slopes, with bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep!

The Marmottes residence has a large shared boot room, and a sauna and jacuzzi; shared between guests. Each chalet-apartment also has it’s own private ski locker.

*One balcony is shared with Chalet Vidal

For larger groups, book Chalet Vidal (sleeps 6+2) alongside Chalet Montillet. The two apartments are located on the same floor with adjacent entrances; one balcony is shared between the two properties.

There is parking space for 4 to 5 cars in front of the Marmottes residence – this is available for all residence guests and cannot be reserved. There are various car parks around La Plagne, including a free outdoor car park at the entrance to Plagne 1800.

La Plagne 1800 - Chalet Montillet - Great stay, great resort - 23/03/2022

Overall

We stayed at Chalet Montillet in La Plagne 1800. The chalet was in a great spot, a short 5-minute walk to the slopes in the morning and right opposite a Spar supermarket. Our chalet host (Kate) was very welcoming, cooked some great food and really delivered a great experience. Also, our chalet manager (Aaron) was really helpful, booked a restaurant for us on the Wednesday night and gave us advice on all the best runs in the resort. As a group of friends in our 20's and 30's the resort was perfect for us. The skiing was good, with a variety of runs for beginners and experienced skiers (beginners AVOID Mira until you're more confident - a red disguised as a blue!). There is a fantastic apré bar in the mountains call La Bergerie which is VERY lively from 3pm - 5pm daily. In La Plagne 1800 itself our personal favourite was La Mine bar, but there is also the Bobsleigh pub too. All in all, a great resort and great accommodation.
