Chalet Parellou, Plagne 1800, France
This attractive catered chalet built in traditional style of stone and wood is located on a quiet lane lined with trees in what is termed the “residential quarter” of Plagne 1800, one of the prettiest villages of La Plagne ski resort and situated right at the heart of the resort itself.
A short stroll along the lane brings you to the nearest piste, which is suitable for blue slope and above skiers to ski down to the main lift at Plagne 1800. Alternatively, a short walk to the nearby bus stop from where a frequent shuttle bus service operates to and from Plagne 1800, Plagne Centre and Plagne Bellecote. Aside from the skiing, this lovely village has numerous bars, restaurants and a night club.
The chalet’s interior is extremely charming with a wonderful rustic feel showcasing exposed stone walls and attractive wood paneling. Chalet Parellou has 6 bedrooms all of which are en-suite and can sleep up to 15 people. The open plan living areas are tastefully furnished and centre around a lovely feature fireplace with plenty of comfy seating to go round. Just off the living room is the sunny balcony with outdoor seating and for indulgence a hot tub and sauna at ground floor level.
