Shop, grocery, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes, ski rental 150 m, ski school 170 m, ski-kindergarten 300 m, sled run 150 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. 2-room apartment 32 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm), TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Small balcony 6 m2. No view. Please note: non-smokers only.
