The apartment C17 (45m²) is superbly located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon between the ski slopes and the main street of the village with all the shops, in the Pistes du Soleil C building, built in 2002. This apartment can sleep in maximum 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers for storage, an alcove with two bunk beds and a wardrobe in the entrance. The main room has a kitchen area, a dining area and a living area with a large sofa and an armchair. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to a full choice of dishes and kitchenware, there is also a toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine as well as a raclette machine. You have access to a large south-facing balcony, facing the ski slopes. It is provided with a table and 4 garden chairs. The apartment is equipped with a television in the living room (with DVD player) and in the bedroom. It benefits from underfloor heating and convectors in each room.
