The building is equipped with elevators and staircases giving access to the main street, with its restaurants and shops on one side and to the ski slopes on the other. This 91m² apartment sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with underfloor heating and convectors in each room. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms have access to two other bathrooms with sink and WC which are accessible from the common room. The entrance opens onto a large open room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area. The kitchen, all recently renovated, is fully equipped, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are provided as well as plenty of storage. The dining room is equipped with a large table and enough chairs, plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. for 8 people.
