Our 47m² apartment is located on the third floor in a new complex of Le Village de Lessy buildings. This building is right in the center of Chinaillon, opposite the tourist office and in the heart of the Aravis region. The apartment has a large corner balcony which faces south and offers you magnificent views of the surrounding mountains but also of the ski slopes. The first bedroom has a double bed and a shower room. You also have storage spaces and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with washing machine and dryer and an independent WC. The kitchen is nice and very well equipped. It has ceramic hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine as well as a percolator, a microwave and crockery in sufficient quantity for 6 people. The living / dining room is equipped with a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a table and chairs, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Sliding doors give you access to the balcony with its breathtaking views! The apartment now has wifi connection. MGM properties have a very good reputation for the quality of their constructions and the details that are brought to the apartments. The apartment is heated by powerful electric heaters. You will be located in the heart of the village, close to shops, restaurants, bakery and in front of the tourist office. The ski slopes are within walking distance. There is covered parking and a ski locker. For information, the apartment is in the private part of the MGM project and therefore does not include access to their wellness area (swimming pool etc.). Linen is provided in the rental (towels, sheets, tea towels + beds made)
