The Berrier chalet is a modern construction imitating the model of the old Savoyard chalets, is located near the old village of Chinaillon, 6 km from Le Grand-Bornand. With three levels and an area of 180m², the Berrier chalet can sleep 12 to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. The garage on the ground floor can be used to store skis and other equipment. A washing machine, a dryer and a sink equip the laundry room. Two bedrooms are on this floor; one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed and the other with 2 single beds. Between these two bedrooms is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a large open room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and lots of storage space. The dining room is equipped with a large table and enough equipment for 12 or more people. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a Hi-Fi system, a television / DVD player which receives English channels, an internet connection, as well as books and board games. A large picture window gives access to the balcony facing south-west, offering a breathtaking view of the ski slopes, the village and the prestigious chain of Aravis. On the second floor, the chalet has two large bedrooms, one with double bed, water point and private toilet, the other with three single beds. These two bedrooms have access to a balcony facing south. On the landing, there are two other bedrooms with a single bed in each and trundle bed, as well as a shared bathroom with sink and toilet. All linens and towels are provided. Animals are sometimes accepted, provided that you notify us at the time of booking. The owners demand that their chalet remains a non-smoking place. The chalet is heated by the ground on the ground floor and on the first floor, by electric convectors on the second floor.
