This beautiful 4-star chalet literally at the foot of the slopes at Chinaillon! The south side of the chalet is extended by a terrace of 90 m² to enjoy the peace and the sun. It is a real solarium that allows, even in January, sunbathing from the first rays of sun. The chalet is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 17 people. The new owners have undertaken some work, including a new kitchen, the development of shoe warmers, new washing machines and the improvement of interior decorations. The Chalet Chocolat is built on three floors, is 158m² and has a garage and several parking spaces. On the ground floor you have a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as 2 shower rooms with WC. There are 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and a bunk bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bunk bed, and a small sofa / bed. On the first floor you have the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The dining room is equipped with a large table up to 17 people. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as a shower room with WC. On the floor there are 4 bedrooms; 2 with 2 single beds and 2 others with 2 double beds, also with a bathroom and a toilet. The chalet is equipped with a box ADSL also allowing the connection in wifi. This chalet has the advantage of being at the foot of a green slope and 200 meters from the ski lifts.
