Hotel Serre Palas, Les Deux Alpes, France

We had a really lovely holiday in Les Deux Alps - we certainly picked a poor week however with Flybe disappearing and some very heavy snow - HOWEVER the resort was lovely and there was plenty to do for non skiers - the accommodation was excellent - our hosts were welcoming thoughtful and kind. The rooms were outstanding very clean and well maintained - breakfast perfect and evening meal always good and enough for everyone. The staff were simply great. . Our Rep Kay also needs a very special mention as she was really excellent and went out of her way to help each and everyone of us - added a great deal of value to the holiday

Excellent - accommodation large and clean, beds comfy. Separate toilet, large bathroom and water piping hot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ample (continental). Separate large ski/board locker. Small bar in the hotel but bars and restaurants within 50 metres of hotel, yet still a really quiet part of town so a good nights sleep. Easy walk (250 / 300 meters) to one f the best lifts (Diable). If we return to L2A I would definitely stay here again. A bargain at the price
