The inviting Chalet Violette is all about cosy interiors, quality furnishings and traditional Alpine style. Located within the luxe Ferme de Meribel residence, this apartment style chalet happily sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, and offers a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore the Three Valleys.
Beyond the privacy of your own Chalet Violette, you can enjoy a variety of extra curricular activities, all found just 100m away within the four star Fermes de Meribel complex (please note that this is a seperate building). Head to the open plan lounge area, where you can sink into one of the many snug sofas with a good book and a chocolate chaud. Listen to the gentle crackling of the open hearth fire as the little one’s play merrily in the dedicated children’s area. Get those endorphins going before your day on the slopes with a quick exercise hit in the fitness area, or de-stress those muscles in the complex’s high quality saunas or steams rooms. Take a dip in the warm, sedate waters of the indoor, heated pool, as you soak up the spectacular views of the surrounding area through the huge picture windows. You can also indulge in a wide array of superb spa treatments on site too.
Location
Chalet Violette is based in the luxe, doorstep skiing residence of Fermes de Meribel. Only a stone’s throw from the lift and a couple of minutes’ walk from the ski bus stop, you’re really in a prime position to access some superior skiing. Chalet Violette is also within a couple of minutes’ walk from a tasty, local restaurant, a pizzeria and a supermarket.

Appetising Canapés & Apéritifs.
On arrival in your chalet, handmade pre-dinner canapés and apéritifs will be served to you in the lounge while your experienced chalet host welcomes you to your chalet introduces you to the resort.
Delicious Cooked Breakfasts.
Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, Heinz beans or hash browns and mushrooms or tomatoes plus a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurts and fresh bread.
Homemade Cakes & Afternoon Tea.
Scrumptious homemade cakes and a choice of teas are provided every day.
Hearty Three Course Dinner.
Home cooked evening meal served at 8pm with unlimited carefully selected red or white wine (6 days), with an additional 4th course of local cheese board with port on your final evening.
Please note your hosts will eat dinner with guests.
Childrens High Tea.
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 8pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
Special dietary requirements.
Our chalet hosts are used to adapting the menu to accommodate your food preferences. If you do have a specific dietary need (eg., vegetarian or Coeliac) or an allergy, please let the office know at least 10 days prior to your holiday start date. Many food preferences can be dealt with on arrival. Please note that French Alpine supermarkets do not have the same range as British supermarkets, therefore if you have very strict dietary needs it is helpful if you can bring a few items.
