The duplex 405 is located in the very exclusive residence of Village de l'Oree and will offer its fourteen occupants a dream stay in Meribel. This new 360 sq.m apartment offers quite simply the best of the resort: access to the slopes and ski lessons at 60m away, exceptional panoramic view from the large sunny balcony, high quality furniture and equipment in a very refined authentic style and accompanying Cimalpes services. The open kitchen offers everything you need to feast your guests and the large dining table invites you to enjoy the best winter dinners. The other part of this large room with cathedral ceiling is composed of a real gathering place for its occupants with a set of sofas arranged around the TV, surrounded by a beautiful library, a central fireplace and without forgetting the large patio doors bringing a spectacle without discontinuity on the valley and the mountains of Meribel. The six bedrooms will provide all the necessary comfort to rest, each with Tv and an en-suite bathroom or showeroom tastefully made using noble materials. The little extra is the relaxation area composed of a sauna and a jacuzzi facing a large window giving the impression of enjoying a moment of relaxation directly outdoor. A bar and a pool table will also call for leisure on the mezzanine overhanging the living room.
