Chalet Phoebe , Méribel, France

We stayed in Chalet Phoebe 4th January 2014. It was wonderful. The two chalet hosts Jessy and Hannah bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good, wine acceptable, good value for money too. The upstairs bedrooms are especially nice with uninterrupted views of the mountains. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another week at the same chalet!

I stayed in Chalet Phoebe during the second week of the season. The chalet hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much. The standard of the food, quality of the wine were both to a really high level. On our night off our reps recommended eating out in 'Le Petits Oignons' up in Meribel 1600 - one of the best restaurants for me in a while! Try the beef carpaccio or kangaroo steak. Rooms in the chalet were large and cleaned immaculately on a daily basis. The living area was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably at the same time. The hot tub, after a hard days skiing moguls, is the real selling point! I can't wait for my next holiday to Meribel and would certainly consider booking this chalet again.
