Overall

This was a very last minute booking for a group of two families with young children. The pull towards this venue was the pool for the children and the new clean apartments. They were both of good size with plenty of storage space which was great. The pool was of good size and the venue has its own shuttle bus too which is very handy! There are however a few downsides to the venue. It is on the far edge of town, not too far of a walk but definitely too far for the Aravet lift which is where are Children's ski lessons were. The said bus specific for this venue didn’t go that far, however, there are two resort buses that also pass by right outside. There is the option to order fresh bread and croissants for the morning, however, these are not ready until 8am which again is a bit late when you have to be up and out for morning ski school. It was very unfortunate that the reception was not opened when we arrived - there was a large number of people staying there from the airport transfer and it would have been nice if the reception had opened for us knowing they had a large number of check ins (and all from a very early flight and long transfer time). I also find it quite bizarre that you must make your own beds on arrival and thoroughly clean on departure. I normally do strip beds etc when I stay places anyhow but by not doing this it could have cost us our €300 deposit. There was no room service at all in the week so I don’t think to have had the beds already made up was to much to expect. I’m aware that most of the above comes across as negative but they are nice apartments.

Apres Ski: 3/5
Accommodation & Value: 4/5
