Parking, public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Low season : shops and restaurants are 10 km away. 3-room maisonette 49 m2 on 1st floor, partly with sloping ceilings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, TV and hi-fi system. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Balcony 12 m2, south-east facing position. Deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.
