Tennis 5 km, gondola lift 4 km, ice field 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: EVASION MONT BLANC. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. 2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm), TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture.
