Hotel Aiguille Percee - Tignes Le Lac, France
Named after the mountain peak high above Tignes, the Aiguille Percée brings together classic alpine style and modern touches, in a handy spot in Tignes Le Lac – just 5 minutes’ walk from the lift, ski school meeting point and nursery slopes.
Some parts of the hotel are traditional through and through – like the mix of wood cladding and stone on the outside and in the bar and lounge. Then the rooms have a more contemporary look with pale grey furniture and black-and-white mountain artwork.
You’ll be staying on half board, so you can fill your breakfast plate with everything from fruit and bread to eggs in the morning. And later on, 3-course evening meals wrap things up nicely.
The key facilities are all covered here too – whether you want to take a dip in the small indoor pool and sit back in the sauna and steam room, flop on a sofa in the lounge with a drink from the bar, or maybe challenge a mate to a game of pool.

Hotel Aiguille Percee Reviews
My family have stayed at Chalet Hotel Aiguille Percee for several years and I was able to join them last season. The property is one of the nicest Chalets I have ever stayed at thanks to its recent refurbishment and now boasts a beautiful indoor pool and spa area and modern fittings in the en-suite bedrooms. The location is exceptional for Tignes, with the main lifts just a minute walk from the chalet so you can easily be one of the first on the mountain in the morning. The chalet also has a large bar area and a games room so there is plenty of space for all guests in the chalet. My favourite bar in Tignes, Loop bar, is located just a few mins away where you pop in for a drink at apres for happy hour or you can easily catch a live band in the evening after dinner. Underground Bar and Jack’s Club is close by if want a late night out!
