The Aparthotel Alpina’s a great-value pick that's in a handy spot for pretty much everything you'd want on a ski holiday. You've got the main lifts, plus the bars and restaurants in the centre of Tignes Val Claret all around five minutes' walk away.
The shutters and wooden balconies give the place chalet-style looks. And the alpine theme continues inside, with plenty of panelling and chunky timber beams – look out for the old farming tools decorating the walls in the bar. Aprés-ski starts here at 3pm, so mosy down to raise a glass at the end of the ski day. Hungry? Take a peek at the bar's menu of light bites.
Speaking of food, in the evening, you can whip up simple suppers in your compact kitchenettte. Or if you fancy eating out instead, there are plenty of restaurants in the centre of Tignes Val Claret, just a few minutes' walk away.

All rooms have a small kitchenette with two hot plates and fridge, plus a cable TV and some have a balcony. Towels, bed linen, beds made on arrival and cleaning (except kitchen) are included.
