The Residence Santa Terra in Tignes Les Brévières offers a refreshing blend of social spaces, privacy, and peaceful relaxation. Designed by Michel Force, these apartments are unusually spacious for French accommodations, sleeping four to ten people. Each features open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and elegant interiors with traditional materials and stylish furnishings. Thoughtful touches, from patterned fabrics to unique local artwork, add a refined character to each home.
After a day on the slopes, indulge in the on-site spa facilities. Take a dip in the swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy a session in the sauna, all within a tranquil setting of stone pillars and soft lighting.
Situated in the heart of the picturesque and quiet village of Tignes Les Brévières, the residence overlooks a beautiful turquoise river. Ski lifts are just a short walk away, providing swift access to the wider Tignes ski area. You can easily return to the village via the lift from Tignes Les Boisses or, when conditions allow, ski directly back to your doorstep.
As Les Brévières is known for its serene atmosphere, the Santa Terra is ideal for families and groups who appreciate a relaxed evening in, perhaps enjoying a meal together or a board game. While the vibrant nightlife of other Tignes resorts isn't directly accessible, a few charming local spots are available for a quiet drink.

Apartment Room Options
All apartments are non-smoking and have a satellite TV, free WiFi, telephone, hairdryer and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, four hobs, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Optional mid-stay cleaning available at an extra charge (to be booked 48 hours in advance, between €90-260 depending on service and apartment type).
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €600 by credit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 40m²) - sleeps 1-4 (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children): Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), private shower and WC.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 50m²) - sleeps 1-5: Double bedroom, two single sofa beds in lounge, cabin room with bunk beds, private bath or shower, and WC. Please be aware, children aged under 6 years are not allowed to use the top bunk.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 58m²) - sleeps 1-6 (max 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children): Double bedroom with ensuite bath or shower room, second bedroom with double bed or twin beds, living area with a double sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), private bath or shower, and WC.
Please note: All beds are made on arrival except sofa beds, though linen is provided.
