Hotel Ski Lodge Reviews
Just returned from a February 2020 trip. This place has the largest and best-furnished chalet bedroom I've had in 25 years of skiing. In the bedroom there was space for 3 single beds with plenty of walking room between and around them. Also generous cupboard storage, shelving, a safe, 8 actual coat pegs (which are strangely missing from most chalets) and a very spacious slate-tiled wet-room with an amazing shower. The hotel is run along chalet lines with afternoon cake and a set 3 course eveing meal with better-than-usual wine. The evening food was not quite as good as a typical chalet, because it's being prepared on a larger scale, but still very enjoyable and filling. Breafast was much better than usual chalet fare with the option of a full English every day and pastries, fruit, cereals, bread, toast, etc etc Location is reasonable. The bus stop is a 100m walk and if you walk 100m more, there's access to a very flat run to the lifts. The exact location is behind the "Victoria Lodge" and "Chalet Skadi".

Mr Peter K Jackson
Stayed at The Lodge for the opening week of the season and it was 1 of the best catered accommodations that we have stayed in for a long time. From the pick up at the airport to the return bus home, the staff were very attentive. Food was great and varied, All service at meal times was spot on and good to be served in proper attire and not someone wearing a scruffy t shirt. Sophie the bar person was great. Tom and his quiz night and advice on the ski area. Rooms bigger than your average chalet and on site spa/sauna was a welcome relief after a hard day skiing. All in all a great place to be!!! Would go again.
