Great for small groups. - 12/12/2012
Overall

Stayed there in 2010 and loved it. All the bedrooms are a good size compared to many chalets and the lounge/dining area is huge for 6 people. The photos of it really don't do it justice and it's probably the best living area of any chalet I've stayed in. It's over the road from the short steep track to the main piste so access is really simple. There's a route back through town to ski back to within 10m of the door too, thus avoiding the steep uphill. It's in a quiet bit of town and the walk to the main bars takes about 10 mins but is partly through the covered shopping area and takes elevators to avoid any serious uphill walking. It felt expensive at the time of booking but I think it was well worth it.

This is a great little chalet. across the road from the ski slope - put your skis on and off you go! This chalet is open plan, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have bathrooms in the corridor area near the front door. If, like us you are a family of 3 (one 5year old), we had the larger room on the other side of the open plan area - you have to walk through this area to get to the bathroom. Can't run around in your nightie unless you know everyone! Fortunately the people who were sharing our chalet that week were very nice and great company. This would be best for a larger or 2 smaller families to share. Kara the chalet host was brilliant - food was great and she really looked after our little boy regarding meals. Afternoon tea and cakes were delicious. Definitely one to go back to.
