Hotel Mercure
The 4-star Hotel Mercure, which is decorated in Bavarian style, is located in the district Partenkirchen, only 100 m away from the town centre. The ski area can be found at a distance of 2 km and the next stop for public transport is at approx. 200 m. The traditional hotel comprises a reception with safe, lobby, Internet corner, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, the restaurant "Alt Partenkirchen" (12:00 - 14:00. and 18:00 - 21:30.), bar (18:00 - 01:00), fitness room, children's playroom, luggage room, ski room and terrace. Free parking spaces are also available to use. Moreover, the 250 m² large spa area with indoor pool, steam room, and Finnish sauna is at your disposal (opening hours: spa area 07:00 - 22:00, sauna 15:00 - 22:00). For a charge, massages are also available. Once you have paid the tourist tax, you are eligible for the guest card which gives you access to some attractive free or discounted services for the duration of your stay. Among others, this includes free rides with the local buses as well as the Snow Express, free or discounted adventure hikes, 1 x free entry to the Alpspitz wave pool as well as the casino Garmisch-Partenkirchen (from 21 years, national ID necessary) and many more interesting attractions (subject to change, see information in resort). Rooms The cosy rooms with their rustic or modern design comprise a bath/wc, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, mini bar (for a fee), hair drier, seating facility and partly a desk. Board The holiday price includes a breakfast buffet. In resort you can book the half board at a discounted prices. A bottle of water and a fruit plate are also available for your on your room. From 22 - 27/12/2017 the evening meal served as 3-course-menu or buffet is included in the holiday price. On Christmas Eve (24/12) you can look forward to 4-course-menu instead, and a glass of Prosecco as welcome drink. Additionally you will also receive a bottle of wine (0.375 litres per single room or 0.75 litres per double room) on Christmas Eve.
