The unique, 4-star superior Rissersee Hotel Resort is located quietly, just alongside the Rissersee lake with its magnificent panorama view of the Alpine peaks and the Waxenstein massif. You can also see right down into the approx. 2.5 km distant Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The lift station is appox. 3 km away, access to a cross-country can be found within approx. 500 m. The cosy hotel comprises a main building and the lake house, located directly next door. The picturesquely located accommodation's facilities include a reception in the lobby with Wi-Fi (incl.), lift, reading and TV room in the bar, breakfast room, dining hall, restaurant, bar, café, terrace and a conservatory. The approx. 1,000 m² large spa area offers and indoor pool, sauna, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, steam bath and a relaxation room, and is open daily from 08:00 until 23:30. If paid for locally, there us also the possibility to use the solarium and treatments in the beauty centre, or book a massage. Additionally, there is a fitness room, as well as table tennis, darts (payable locally), a cinema area, and for the little ones, game rental is available. Free parking spaces and a fee-based parking garage can be used for free (upon availability). When having paid the tourist tax, you receive a guest card with many attractive included services and a number of reductions for the duration of your stay. For instance, the guest card includes one free admission to the Alpspitz-Wellenbad (pool) as well as one visit to the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Casino (from 21 years) and many further reductions and services (as per info in resort, services subject to change). Rooms The cosy rooms all have a bath/wc, satellite TV, telephone, radio, hair drier, safe (incl.), mini bar (first filling incl., afterwards for a fee) and a balcony or terrace. Board The already included half board consists of a breakfast buffet as well as a 4-course evening meal in the form of a buffet or a menu (chef's choice) with a vegetarian alternative.
