Hotel Derby, Sauze d'Oulx, Italy

Just stayed at the Derby for a short week 2-7.1.2018. Had a great week at this lively hotel. Without a doubt it has one of the best bars in Sauze with something different every night, expect the sound of music in the early hours but not a problem. The accommodation is comfortable but don't expect the Ritz. The location is ideal, right in the middle of a vibrant town and just 8 minutes walk up to the Clotes ski lift. The staff at the hotel are lovely and so helpful, breakfast was served at 8 and there was plenty of it. I stayed at this hotel with my family, 2 sons aged 15 and 17, they loved it. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, great value for money.

Just back from a great week at the Derby in Sauze. The accomodation here is very comfortable and the location is excellent. The ski lift are five minutes walk or you can get the free ski bus from outside the door. Breakfast is continental fresh plentyful and availble 8 till 9.45 which suited a variety of morning conditions. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly cant do enough for you. The Hotel is also ideally situated for dining and bars in the evening. The other factor making our holiday fantastic was our ski instructor. Recently independant and reccommended (Guido Ambrosiani find him on facebook) he really helped sort out our bad habits and had us flying by the end of the week cant thank him enough. The only thing that couldnt be helped was the weather even that was great most of the time. thanks to all
