Residence "Les Rocailles", built in 2002. Below Anzère, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking, public parking 20 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m. Tennis 500 m, skisport facilities 1.8 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1.8 km. In house: The restaurant is only open during the season. 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the upper ground floor, practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, cable TV and radio. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Bath/WC. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (Dial up/ISDN). Garage space n 3. Please note: non-smokers only.
