Comfortable apartment block "La Colline". In a central, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m. Skisport facilities 500 m. "La Colline", 4-room penthouse 100 m2, bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.
