For shared use: garden with lawn, indoor pool heated (13 x 8 m, depth 50 - 200 cm). Tennis. In the house: sauna, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Bus stop 100 m. Skisport facilities 700 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Sauna (16:00-20:00) is not available out of season. Vermala road: shuttle bus in Winter and end of June to mid-September. 1-room apartment 25 m2 on 1st floor. Living room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm), cable TV and flat screen. Kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (Dial up/ISDN, free).
