Beautiful apartment block "La Joie", 3 storeys, built in 1989. Below Crans, 2 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, single garage space n 2 at 50 m. Bus stop 100 m. Golf course 1.5 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Route du Golf: Shuttle bus in Winter and from the end of June to mid-september. Garage (box) is situated on the parallel street (Route de la Verdure). Access to the residence by interior corridor. 3-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor, spacious, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, west facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm), DVD. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.).
