Small apartment house "Les Faverges". In the resort, 200 m from the centre. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 200 m, extra. Bus stop 100 m. Skisport facilities 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence). 1-room studio 35 m2, on the upper ground floor: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double wall-trunk bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the forest.
