The modern equipped 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m2) is in quite an old 3-family house with a big natural garden area (small playground, small river), very quietly and sunny situated, close to the centre and the swimming pool. The apartment has got its own entrance and direct access to the garden; also ideal for families with children. Public parking (CHF 30.00 weekly) is situated 60m away from the house. No pets allowed. Garage on request. WLAN. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Included: Kitchen- and bath towels, local tax. Excluded: Garage CHF 60.- per week, deposit CHF 300.00.
