2-room apartment (48m2) on the ground floor: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (160 cm), 1 fold-away bed, TV and radio. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette with oven and dishwasher. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Garage. 2 km from the centre, in an elevated position. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). In winter snow chains necessary. Stepped path (55 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. In winter, from mid-December to Easter, stop of the free ski bus directly at the house. Garage. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Included: Bath- and kitchen towels, garage parking and electricity, local tax. Excluded: Key deposit CHF 300.00.
