On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Flims-Dorf, in a detached, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. Private: property 5'000 m2, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sauna, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Available: sledges (3). Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Shuttle Bus" 400 m, railway station "Chur" 23 km.
