Very beautiful small apartment house "Eiger", built in 2004. In the district of Bei der Strasscheuer/Rothenegg, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Roofed, parking. Grocery 1.4 km, shopping centre 1.4 km, restaurant 900 m, railway station "Grund" 900 m, indoor swimming pool 1.4 km. Golf course 3.5 km, tennis 4 km, sports centre 1.4 km, mountain railway 900 m, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 15 km. Please note: railway line closeby. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. 4-room apartment 113 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position.
