Cosy, homey 3 room apartment (49sqm) in a small chalet with two apartments, built in 1975. Situated at a calm spot with panoramic view. Furnished terrace (table, chairs, deck-chairs and sunshade). Within 3 minutes walking distance to the valley station Wispile and the bus station. An approx. 20 minutes walk to the village centre. Ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. Access to the chalet only possible by stairs as its location is slightly elevated. 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x190cm). Living room with couch, little table, 2 armchairs and dining table. Open-plan kitchen with fondue-set. 1 small bathroom with shower/WC. Store room in the basement is available. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 2 open parking places, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen, final cleaning and visitor's tax. NOT INCLUSIVE: Telephone calls. ***Pets not allowed***
