On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a detached, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, south facing position. Private: property 1'300 m2, garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Available: sledges (3), sledges for children (2). Narrow motor access to 150 m from the house. 50 m footpath to the house. Reserved parking at 40 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Boiler 300 l. Wine cellar in the basement. Old wooden floors and wooden staircases. Caution: low doorways and ceilings. Stairs without railings. The twin beds in the upstairs measuring 90 x 190 cm (not suitable for adults).
