Detached Engadine house for sole use by the tenants. The House is surrounded by forests and meadows, very quiet, barn to play (table tennis / football table). More practically there is no traffic. It is ideal for families and nature lovers. Summer: The starting point for walking, biking, jogging. Large sun terrace. Close to the River Inn with reservoir and barbecue sites, Swiss National Park. Winter: directly to the cross-country trail Scuol-Martina. Various sled possibilities direct by the House - Davos sled track available 5 minutes drive to the cable car. 4.5 room, 3 bedrooms with 3, 2 and 1 beds. A Kitchen with dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven and refrigerator. The dining room is with a radio / CD / TV. A bathroom with a shower, separate tub, toilet and sink. Bed linen and kitchen, electricity, water and parking are included in the price. Bathroom linen can be rented. Tourist tax will be charged separately. Cleaning by the tenants or extarnally. Directions The House is available from 3:00 pm. The departure is before 10:00 am. On the eastern end of the village, turn half right at the hotel Crusch Alba / VW garage and drive down to the coloured blocks of flats. From the crossing go straight ahead and then 3 km on the left side of the Inn, then over the bridge, before electricity plant turn right. The nature street leads directly to Pradella. It is the last house in the village. Go over a small bridge. The house name is Guardamund. The key will be sent to you by the owner before the holidays start.

Enjoy the sunshine to the last moment with an unbelievable sunset (May – October). The house is extremely well suited and equipped for kids, with a lot of space and facilities for in- and outdoor plays. Pets are very welcome.
